“Super Saturday Night is an annual concert event from AT&T. “Conversational” elements were requested by the in-house social team to be utilized during the event to steer the conversation on Twitter. Following the established branding of Super Saturday Night, these assets were used to drum up excitement for particular songs or engagement amongst the active conversations online. Conversely, they could also be applied as reaction elements or clapbacks in diffusing negative comments.Designs were also made available to the public for fans to use on personal images within their own feeds.”
